1. How are items shipped?
We currently ship via USPS. Shipping is free for U.S orders over $150. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
2. When will my item(s) get to me?
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to receive your package after it has left our distribution center.
3. How do I cancel an order?
We aim to process orders the same day. We do not allow cancelations for orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer care team via e-mail: careteam@vanitiesplayhousebyv.com. However, we cannot promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.
4. Do you give refunds?
No, unfortunately we do not. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via e-mail and/or receive a text message with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. Please visit Track Your Order for more details regarding your order.
6. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an e-mail (careteam@vanitiesplayhousebyv.com)as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
7. What is considered final sale?
All swimwear, bodysuits and clearance items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
8. My coupon code is not working. Why?
If you are having difficulty with your coupon code, please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
9. How do I process a return or exchange?
Please click here for instructions on how to easily process your return or exchange. Please note, you will need to contact us and provide your return tracking number. Failing to do so will cause delays in your return being processed.
10. How long does it take to receive my store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via e-mail. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
