Returns & Exchanges
Here at Vanities Playhouse By V., we assure you the best quality items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns are eligible for store credit only within 15 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.

How do I submit an online return?
- Visit our return center for online purchases
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels
What are the guidelines for returnable items?
- Return is initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery
- Item(s) aren't worn, damaged, washed, ripped, or torn with tags attached
- Items don't show any evidence of wear, including sweat, deodorant stains, makeup, or smoke
- Please include your packing slip or order # with your return
What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Visibly worn items
- Items outside of the policy window
- Free gifts, promotional items, or giveaway items
- Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items. All sale items are final sale
- Accessories, hair accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, and handbags
- Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear/cover-ups, lingerie, and select white items
How do I ship back the items?
- For instructions on how to ship the returned items, refer to our return center. Vanities Playhouse By V. does not cover shipping costs for returns. The return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.
The item I received is damaged! What do I do?
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 10 days from the delivery date.
Can the items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants if in stock. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported: Store Credit
In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued
- If your return is accepted and initiated within the 15 days allowed, you will receive store credit in the form of a Vanities Playhouse By V. E- Gift card. The E- Gift card will be e-mailed to the e-mail address associated with your order. After the 15 days allowed, your return will not be accepted.
- Store Credit will be issued for all returns. Refunds are not available.
- Vanities Playhouse By V. does not cover shipping costs for returns. The return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an e-mail. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Vanities Playhouse By V. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing"
- An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Additionally, Vanities Playhouse By V. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as stated above.
Non-Vanities Playhouse By V. items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
